Color: Pale Yellow

Soil Types: Clay-limestone hillside sites with gravel in parts

Vinification: Machine harvesting by night. On-skin maceration followed by low-temperature fermentation using selected yeasts

Tasting Notes: Brilliant hue with green glints. Expressive, tangy nose with pear and peach notes

Serving Temperature: 10-12°C / 50-54°F

Storage: Drink within the first 3 years

Food Pairing for the unoaked Chardonnay: Perfect with light and delicate food, such as seafood, shellfish, and pasta, or risotto. Chardonnay is also delicious with cheese-based salads, such as a Caesar salad or chicken salads that include peach, mango, macadamia nuts, or mild curries with buttery sauces.
