Wonderful Viognier, supremely elegant, it creates a wine so subtle that it is regarded as out of the ordinary.

1st Vintage: 2008

Varietal Range: 100% Viognier

Color: Medium Gold

Soil Types: Clay-limestone and stony hillside sites facing north

Vinification: On-skin maceration followed by low temperature fermentation then maturation on fine lees for 2 months

Tasting Notes: Beautiful golden hue. Intense nose with notes of fresh apricot and Bartlett pear

Serving Temperature: 10-12°C / 50-54°F

Storage: Drink within the first 3-4 years

Food Pairing with Viognier, which has delicate floral notes and medium acidity; a variety of seafood and shellfish, chicken, veal, pork and spicy flavors  is most delightful. Viognier is also delicious with select vegetable and salad courses, hard or soft cheeses or simply to enjoy a glass of wine during a warm summer day.
